Yes, my wallet is synced. Yes i have 1.04+ XLR. But i send 0.35201690 old XLR and i cant see it on my new wallet.
I swapped also some and didn't receive.

I tried really small amounts under 1 coin didn't work but I when i send 5 coins it worked
The minimum for the swap application is 1 XLR. It needs a minimum to prevent abuse. I will send the smaller amounts out by hand.
