It is definitely possible.
The fact is that hyperinflation is especially dangerous and could happen to any country at any time. If it happens to the US, and people start dumping their fiat to get their hands in some bitcoin then $1 million would be no big deal here.
But then, $1 million would be worth significantly less than it currently it is worth.
This is why it is difficult to answer the question even if bitcoin eventually was that valuable in terms of dollar if a million dollars from that time buy the same as 5k today then bitcoin did not made a lot of progress that would mean that bitcoin did not move at all from the price reached some weeks ago, that is why we need to find another benchmark to compare to bitcoin in order to know its true value if that happens since comparing it to the dollar is going to be useless, like how many bitcoins do you need to buy an average house in your country.
