I did some testing on your miner, and it looks very promising. Although it wasn't able to run below pl 110 on GTX 1070 like ewbf's, it's efficiency is much better at the power level it is able to run.
Here are the results, with no overclocking
With EWBF's, running at pl 90:

It looks like the hashrate on Flypool is on par with what you are reporting. I can't say anything about the stability, as I only did a quick test, but I will let it run for a while and see how it behaves. By the looks of it, it's very promising.
Here is what happens when running below pl 110. The log reports a huge efficiency (>5) but the problem is the GPUs don't get close to 100% usage:
