newbie question.  i've got 2 mil COLX in my local wallet, allmost mature.
Wallet is open and ready for staking.

What do i have to do to stak after COLX mature?
perhaps any screenshots

I have a similar question. Please share some info step by step on a complete guide for a layman to begin staking. I would like to stake. May be you can share a link you know which has all info.

...
Please keep your COLX Wallets running and unlocked for staking and add staking=1 to your ColossusCoinXT.conf file
Code:
Open wallet configuration file
Add: staking=1
Close wallet and open again
...

I believe staking=1 actually is the default value, so you don't need to add that. At least my wallet is staking without it. You would only need to use that if you don't want to stake for some reason (then you would need to add staking=0).

Also, I think its important to realize that coin maturity doesn't come with time, but with blocks, or 'confirmations'.
So coins don't need to be one week old, but rather 5040 blocks. Basically, the slow moving blockchain has also slowed down the maturing of coins itself. The good news is that with each new block, more and more coins are reaching maturity right now and they will become available for staking.

At least this is what I think, please correct me if I'm wrong.

Coins mature after roughly after 7 days. COLX utilises Proof of Stake 3.0. The wallet needs to be opened and unlocked while connected to the Internet; so be careful with security. When staking, the larger the address balance the more will be earned.

We're working on a step-by-step guide.
