Yes it can , why not ? Bitcoin can survive even with or without China. As long as there is an ivestor and a user of cryptocurrency bitcoin will last. And to think that even without China the BTC price still continue to move up. That's why it is not impossible for the bitcoin to reach until $5,000 by the end of the month.
