Its impossible because ICO was already finished. And the token was already sold out. Maybe you can wait until they open buy and selling on etherdelta and hitbtc to buy this token.
if you want to buy AIR on there i think you dont need waiting
you can buy now with IOU token but it is like gambling you know it
