Why not? Everyone who owns 112 8bit coins can exchange for however many it takes to run a new MN. That will also solve the problem of having either 0 masternodes on day one, or the dev premining coins to run his own masternodes until there are more masternodes. Give a deadline, and do it only for validated accounts.
I don't see a big deal.
