I get really depressed when I read things like this. My country has 4 bitcoins machines so I consider myself really lucky to live in a city with one Smiley Hopefully the trend will come to other parts of the world as well.
In my country ,I heard there is one already though it's still fine since more bank were putting some options to convert btc to our fiats and cash it out easily.

The bank option is a no go for many BTC users. It defeats the whole purpose of anonymity. BTC cash machines are installed by 3rd party and theoretically you can do your transactions without government monitoring you. And anyway if you don't have problems using your bank account you can get payments from some exchanges directly to it and you can buy BTC with your card.
