owner scammer? really? maybe you should read all again 1 or 2 or 3 or 4 times until you understand it, in the best case, the MOd made a mistake twice, (this is really hard to beleive but let think that was what happen), in this case the MOD should send the money to the user because was a mistake from him, and then talk with the user to make a dispute in paypal and in case he win, send the money to the "real" paypal id, but the problem was that, he never accepted his mistake and preferred to take the easy way out.

In the other case, and a little more logical, he just tried to SCAM the user and never think that the problem could get to the admin.


so the admin tried to gave a chance but he didn´t take it as he should take.
