This isn't "threatened" with delisting, though - it's scheduled, which means they've gone through all of the process they need in order to delist a coin and decided it will definitely happen.
Possibly the BATA team can convince them to change their minds - if they are able to present Bittrex with information that they didn't have, when they made that decision.
But the fact that the best info the team/ connected people (Midnight Miner) have said they have got though - "...a couple of theories..." - does not fill me with confidence that this can happen!

(Unless they are keeping something from us, but I can't think of a single reason that this would be a good idea, seeing as they will have to share it with Bittrex anyway, so it can't be something that has to be kept secret for operational reasons).
