Hey guys, I have noticed that a lot of us have not received any help from support for up to a few weeks? Do you guys want to talk together about what are the legal ramifications we can pursue? they are just still understaffed.
i had multiple tickets in the past all jut got solved within few days.
just submit a single ticket and wait to get addressed.dont create multiple tickets.
The issue is that they haven't been responsive at all for the past month. Your tickets in the past got solved when the team was actually active and addressing issues. For the past month they have just been listing coins and not replying to anyone regarding their tickets on twitter, telegram, or their support system.
I don't see how they can be backed up for an entire month with no one being helped.
