Why? Do people from Asia care where the company is established? More than caring for the team itself? I mean, Asians do invest in ICO that is targeted worldwide, right?
We are targeting the whole world so it doesn't make any sense for us to have the company established in Asia if not for legislation/fees.

Also, I forgot to mention, that is really important for us to establish the company "fully online". I'm not gonna fly to another country just to establish a new company. This seems to be tricky even with Switzerland.
