I had my coins in coinsmarkets during the bug period, but it was almos not worth it, with 3 million coins I was getting around 20k/50k stake. I think is only worth doing if you have less than 1 million coins.

About the price, 2 things, one of the biggest problems was/is hyperinflation, the other one was the bug, as soon as people stop getting rewards they sold the coins. I don't think price is ever come back to 15sats, but hopefully after the burn on Nov 1st we can get up to a steady 5-8 sat range.
