I received 0.005 BTC in mi Xapo account after this transaction.

Since i need the 0.005 BTC to pay for a service, i can not pay those fees. Is there any workaround?

There's no other way to get those 0.005
BTC on your xapo account. Just why many forgotten that web wallet because of their cannot be adjusted fee and they are still charging each transactions with high fee. What you have to do now is just transfer it somewhere and just take the fee or you will add another amount so that you can use that fee otherwise. That's why I have left that web wallet because it's not worthy of it's fee.
