I am thinking to start own exchange website like (coinexchange.io) , yes I want to build small exchange.
What's your main reason why you want to start your own exchange? You need to have deep reason for it and you need to be dedicated on it.

I don't have an idea but maybe 20 bitcoin will be enough.

You have to set it, you can adjust it.
How much time I need per day behind this project?
You have to dedicate a lot of time with it, no certain amount of time.
