The quick answer is No. Helium coins would be given to those who had SpreadCoins at a specific block which has already passed. Going forward you can wait for the release of the Helium Pay wallet and start to mine it or you can wait till it is listed on an Exchange and then buy the coins. The split of the blockchain and subsequent award of helium for SpreadCoins was a one off not an ongoing process.
