Does anyone know how to report fraud or submit a police in the Ukraine? Google isn't leading me to the right place so I hope someone else knows. I find it oddly suspicious that the Liqui account here has not been active since September 26 which is a day or two after the Out of Gas transactions began to happen to multiple users. The team has completely vanished other than twitter and they don't reply there as well.

We need to start taking action this is getting ridiculous.
