Great news this week in the UAE - Abu Dhabi has announced that it will be bringing in guidance to encourage businesses and projects to raise ICO's in a responsible way.  It's a huge step and along with Dubai's commitment to be the first fully blockchain City - this could prove to be a ground breaking few years in the Middle East for the development of these types of projects.
