First of all, trading fees are already ridiculous, why would you want to lose money by performing multiple trades in a day.

I prefer to distract myself for long periods of time whenever I execute a trade even though im a perfectionist,
Please dont worry about the seconds or the minutes a coin is going, what really matters is the bigger picture and that is probably the reason you bought the coin in the first place.
