Hi i see that you sent payment from an ex-changer, never send eth from ex-changer due to long delay and time out which will cause issues and delays. I see payment has been made and i need to look into the node eth transaction and manually approve..Please allow sometime..Hopefully by today BTB token balance will be updated..Next time do not send eth from any ex-changers as this will only cause delays.
