For real why don't you ask Bitmain? I don't think that they gonna use some doubtful courier. Or it was your choice?
they were in thanksgiving for 10 days also i sent 7 support mail but there is no any return my side. They send goods via UPS express, normally express cargo takes 3-4 days.
Looking into your words, I want to ask if there has been a notice from bitmain that they have sent your order? if not, there is no possibility for that maybe your order is still in the preparation stage.

hey OP, you should try to contact that given by Slow death. it seems that's just your worries, because bitmain has a warranty for every order.
