I almost gave in to this FUD, but common sense made me realize that the devs were not gone. The project is still alive and it will succeed. We had a great community, but it seems that we might have to build a brand new one. It's unfortunate that people lost their money, but you only lose money in crypto when you sell. Don't follow the crowd. Think for yourself and make your own decisions.
