Correct, the bounty is for simply signing up for our affiliate program. There is a bonus for any sales attributed to your affiliate id that is separate from the bounty. Thanks for the suggestion!

It is my understanding that there are some restrictions currently on ICOs in China. I'm not sure if they apply to all ICOs across the board or just those that began after the regulations were put in place. You will want to consult a legal expert in your country.
