UNSHIPPED MINERS FROM BITMAIN (Update 11th,Oct,2017)

I ordered an Antminer L3+ (Sep 21-30 batch) way back in July, as the end of September drew to a close , I started checking my Sales order Status on my Bitmain account, the order Showed to be Paid, Unshipped and valid, September was over, still no change in the order status, then came the dawn of October and the Golden Week in China, 7 days off , Bitmain shut shop til the 8th of october, from the 9th, they re-opened and I started to drop them a few tickets regarding the Delay in shipment of said miner, On the 11th of October, i received a reply to my ticket from Bella of the Zendesk as follows

Hi, I ordered an antminer L3+ of the September 21-30 batch on 2017-07-14 ,Order ID:0012017071400912, the product has not been shipped yet, I would greatly appreciate it if you could ship it as soon as possible, or let me know when you intend to ship it, would help me a lot.
