Hello guys! I received an email letter from cryptsysettlement. But honestly, noticed it just now. They ask me to send them "W-8 form". But i can't figure out should i send it via email or i have to send it by post mail?

Unfortunately I was not able to send via certified mail with a return receipt. Managed only via email. Maybe this will work.. Why should it be a problem on the last step?
