The last ICOs suffered 60-70% of the time. Now I see all the ICOs as risky.
ya I think now 99% ICO are scam or fail project. Hard to find a good ICO at this time.
the ones you hear from all the time are likely to be decent. It's the ones that are too good to be true that you need to watch out for
