Reading the whitepaper, it says the platform is going to grab 10% of the profits generated by the participants... am i the only person thinks the 10% commission rate is a bit high? 
I think you got it a bit diffrent, they have a 10% fee on value appreciation profits from investments, wich means 10% of the profit from your investment, not 10% fee on your total investment. The fee seem10%s reasonable imho
I am not a real estate guru, but I believe 20% is the going rate for managing properties.
