I think hot ICOs of October is ChronoLogic(DAY). It's the first Ethereum asset pegged to time, DAY price is lower than the ICO price now but the price may increase significantly when more exchange sites accept it.
That ICO is a lot of marketing imo. It's easy to code real time into ethereum smart contracts, so I don't see why it's necessary.
ChronoLogic will ultimately launch a platform, which will allow other users to launch their own Proof of Time tokens. It considers time as value.
