Everyone I caught 0.55 btc in safedice for nearly a month now but safedice did not reply to my mail even though I sent a lot of mail from different mail but they are still silent. Is it scam that does not expect people to help me?


Safedicescam, i've replied to your "scam accusation" here on bitcointalk. Can you please PM me with further details so that I can get this taken care of for you? I can assure you that SD is NOT a scam, and as I've stated SD is in the process of some growing pains in terms of customer service. However, I will do everything in my power to make sure that your issues are resolved - The admin is quite busy these days, so let me see if I can mediate for you to make things move a little quicker.

Just so everyone knows, I'm the site mod on SD (my username is thesourc3 on SD chat) - If you guys have issues that need to be resolved asap, feel free to either PM me on here on find me on SD chat. I will be sure to check daily to ensure that we have better communication with our clients.

I can definitely assure everyone that SD is NOT a scam - If we were, we wouldnt be listed 3rd place this week on dicesites.com with over 373BTC wagered so far. Yes, our customer service can be improved, however please know that we ARE working on this to make things easier for our customers to reach us should they have issues. You have to remember, whenever someone has an issue, they end up bombarding us with emails, PMs, etc, which makes it very difficult to handle the actual issues in a timely manner. If possible, please send one detailed email to support@safedice.com and please be patient until you receive a reply. If it is a time-sensitive issue, please contact me directly on here so that I can mediate for you between the admin and yourself. We've been doing this for the past few weeks and for the clients using this method, things have moved much quicker with support. Hopefully some of the clients that we've helped recently can chime in and ensure everyone else that we are doing our best to get support to where it needs to be.

Give us a little more time and we should have more stable and efficient support - We are working on it as I write this. Thanks for everyones patience with us!
