Please guys I need help with this swap thingy.

Do i have to first move my ETHD coin from the exchange platform to my desktop wallet (where the signature thing was done), and then again move the coin from the desktop wallet to the address provided by admin?

Or am i to move directly from the exchange site to the wallet address provided by admin ?


Please help me asap
