I think the snapshot date is on 1st Nov. In the newsletter, they are asking not to move your TAAS after 31st OCT 23:59 PM.
They want to keep the date a bit secret to avoid dumping after the release of dividend and also to avoid buying when the exact date for the payout is known.I am happy to hold some of it and waiting for the sweet dividend to arrive as the same as the first payout but more this time

The snapshot will be taken on (somewhere within) the period starting Nov 1st + 7 days (information from Ivanka, telegram). The team will announce when its done so you can move your tokens again. Like mentioned in the announcement, they do this as a security measure. The actual payout might be some days after the snapshot, this is also something the team will announce. There are no exact dates for the snapshot or actual payout.
