The algorithm I wanted to tap isn't in the drop down box AND it's not in this list: Algos not available for rent are: SHA256, SCRYPT, EQUIHASH, DECRED, LBRY, VELTOR & XEVAN
that algorithm would be HMQ1725
I specifically deposited BTC to tap that one and get some Doubloons (BOAT).

you can't rent hash and point it back at the pool.

yup. the way renting work from zpool is that it will always cost more than whats being mined so you'd just loose your $.

The renting if for the miners benefit cause no miner would want to give their hash away to a renter for less than what they could have earned mining.
