I have checked the platform. Seems to be quite similar with etherdelta. Read the guide for a little bit and it seems that the Decentrex indicated to have no unnecessary fees unlike etherdelta.

May be worth to try.

Been checking twitter and you may find an account (@Cryptonesi) in twitter to be interesting. This account is being crazy spreading the words on HOWL!!! I just saw a tweet between @Cryptonesi and @hitbtc lol.
