Yes and this is totally not the right time to participate in ICO. Most of new tokens dip the price due to Whales taking profits in the first day plus Bounty hunters dumping tokens. Great example is MANA(Decentraland). ICO ends less than a minute due to whales. Price now is half the price of the ICO. Likewise Monetha also suffer from that. But that will not end like that. Still have to wait for a working product.
