Hi guys! Thanks for the thread, I enjoy reading it every day 
I've just bought 2x Delta's 2400W with 2x PICO adapters so I can connect the PSU's to my MB's, but both MB's won't start when I press the power on switch. It just spins for 2-3 sec the CPU fan and that's all. I see the PICO has a 4 pin connector for CPU and motherboard has a 8 pin connector... but on parallel miner site says that should work. Both MB are Biostar TB250-BTC Pro v6.0, so I'm thinking I've miss something.

Thanks for the help. I will try also with a 8 pin adapter, I think this could be the issue.
