I think it is the simple fact that so many app users are also crypto holders who currently can't spend their crypto coins in traditional apps. There is a vast amount of liquid cryptocurrency ready to be spent in apps and if developers can tap into the crypto market, crypto adoption by everyday people will increase dramatically.
Ooh ellerby123, that is a great question! I've personally had a growing interest in cryptocurrency and I've been screwed over a few times with fiat and chargebacks (on the losing end). If Open Money can protect from that and accept crypto, it has my interest and support. But to answer your question about being a game changer... because X amount of people use apps: gaming apps, shopping apps, business apps - many with free and paid options. If OM can make that a smooth transaction accepting crypto then it can potentially onboard millions of people into accepting crypto as a real form of payment and perhaps lose that "funny internet money" label.
