The 4.33 BTC you get is because you release the 5 BTC after escrow checks the balance, etc.
So no, I would want to get the 5 BTC after you withdraw. I will need it after escrow checks everything is as described.
and what will stop you to gain acesss to the account before widraw made and you get the 5btc?
