There is some PDF there that supposedly is from British Virgin Islands Financial Services Commission showing that the company was re-activated late in 2008. But for anybody concerned about that contacting BVI Financial Services Commission directly on http://www.bvifsc.vg/ is probably a better idea.

Personally, I am not really that concerned with it as it's only an offshore company anyway. The coins is just an in-game currency for the game. If they go up in value it's great, but hardly guaranteed.
