It really depends on the coins that I am holding. Cryptocurrencies tend to flactuate a lot but there are some coins that really bounced back after some dumping. So, if I see that a coin is going down, but has been down before and bounced back, I may still hold it or better yet, buy more and grab the opportunity. But if its a new coin, I might sell it quickly, I dont care if it bounce back later, I still think its better  I sold it rather than lose it.
