is anyone having trouble with their orders placed where there is no payment confirmation and nobody gets back to you on the support pages or support logs?
is there a way to get hold of someone who can help.
Be patient. The order confirmation will come through in a couple of hours. Their system is slow.
I'm waiting on the same thing. Placed and order, paid, but the BCC chain must really be moving slow. Order expired before BCC posted there. Sent a message to support with all the info and TX numbers. Waiting to see if they are going to change the order from Expired to Paid, refund the BCC or try to screw me out of the BCC...
Anyone else have this happen?
