Although I will not be participating in this bet, I think zeto will win this! 2.5 weeks to go, and still no news on an exchange - a good one or even a crap exchange.
Well, I think crypviser_cto may be connected in some ways to Crypviser team and may have some info on exchanges. Anyways he seems to be convinced. I would personally not be betting against him on that matter.
