The idea behind UTRUST is pretty good. However the success of a project depends not on the concept but on its implementation. What do we know about the team? Do they have what it takes?
They have a lot of software engineers with multi-years experience and CEO looks like is really passionate about blockchain and crypto currencies. Only time will tell I guess
In my opinion they have what it takes to be on the top ico on transaction bussiness because of their innovation and good features. We can see if they can really do all the things that they said on their white paper. It is just my opnion.
