Electroneum is not a scam, so far it is good. There are many questions that still arise and should be challenged. Such as hard statistics whether their plain is logical and will be adopted. Another good project I would def look at is DETHER, they are breaking the barriers for mass adoption of Ethereum. This project is a win for sure!
