There is just a little detail that is bothering me... How in the f... is that possible that someone already has some CTIC3 and is selling them on Topia if the swap has not started yet ? 
Exactly i am also wondering, When swap date is not announced yet, then how the hell CTIC3 trading is started in cryptopia?
