cgminer.exe -o stratum+tcp://Findblocks.com:3001 -u YourAddressHere -p x

cgminer.exe -o stratum+tcp://212.73.150.254:2222 -u YourAddressHere -p x

Also remember it's sha-256 like bitcoin.
