i think its logical for paypal because paypal makes something for buyer and seller to become easy to make transaction and the stuff that is selling by paypal is integrate with the system. but for people which want to buy bitcoin with paypal, i think paypal is not ready to make integration with the system. but soon after paypal integrate their system with blockchain, i think we can buy bitcoin with paypal.
