Hello,
That is just a guidance, so nothing has actually changed. Additionally, Spectrocoin and Bankera
do comply with the LB position, as you have to pass the AML verification to trade fiat currencies.
Call it whatever you like but the Central Bank seems to hold a very strong "negative" position on cryptocurrencies.
Can you please specify exactly what influence the Central Bank Of Lithuania will have on your application for a full banking licence next year please?
I'm invested in your ICO and would like some clarification please?
NFI.
Hello,
We have strong financial institution partners in the EU, so we do not necessarily need to have the license ourselves to be able to fully operate in the EU. At the moment, providing details into the licensing process, such as the names of our partners or which jurisdiction we are applying for a license, is sensitive information until the deals are final. The market is competitive and there are many people who do not want to see us succeed. We understand the interest to know as much as possible, but we will provide detailed information regarding licenses once the deals are final in order to avoid any possible additional obstacles.
