?You can buy Bitcoin through Paypal I have seen people selling BTC for PP on here, although many people don't like to trade for PP due to the chargeback issues there are exchanges which allow you to buy via Paypal as well depends on your country.
Yes we can buy also through the people here on forum who are selling their bitcoin for PayPal funds so I got your logic but maybe he isn't just aware of what he's asking about PayPal funds for bitcoin.
