I think someone in Malta are planning to make an investment site using bitcoin that is why slowly they are orienting the people in their place so that future investors or investor to be could easily catch up the business when they start launching their investment site using the bitcoin. Anyway, Bitcoin is legal in Malta we just hope they will not be a victim of scammer because nowadays many fraud people will use bitcoin to victimize other people.
