I send eth to my atlant account from my bittrex wallet, but i didnt recieve the atl tokens on my atl account.

I read Frequently Asked Questions on atlant.io "Can I use exchanges for purchasing ATL Tokens?
IMPORTANT: Please don't use exchanges. Use personal wallets like MyEtherWallet, Jaxx, and Mist. If you're sending ETH from exchanges ATLANT wont be able to recognise you and send you tokens."

Now, How do i do?

atlant and bittrex is ready warn , is not support exchanger addres
i think atlant is ready send token in youre ETH addres(bittrex), is not ready send, still very dificult, because you can't clarification about youre addres

Hey I want to give you some hope

It happened to me that I sent tokens from MEW to bittrex but to a different address it was supposed to be sent. I thought,ok my mistake and didnt even ask support for help and forgot about the coins since it wasnt a very big amount anyway. A month later I got the coins on the right bittrex address by their support I guess without having asked for it. So in your case, if you write them and explain the situation, stating you know perfectly well it was your mistake and you just ask if it's possible it might work out in the end. But you will need some patience Wink

Thanks for support. I sent question to Bittrex Support and received answer:

Bittrex does not currently support this coin (ATL). If you have sent coins to an ICO using the exchange or you have sent this coin to a Bittrex address, we apologize. At this time these coins cannot be recovered. The deposit instructions for each coin state that you should only deposit that coin to the address or you risk losing your funds. In the future if we should add this coin please send us a ticket and we will see if we can retrieve these coins at that time.
